HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Support payroll processing and staff attendance monitoring.
  • Assist in planning and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR practices is an advantage.
